They achieved numerous results, including:

  • CTR increased by 23% as compared to hand-picked articles by editors
  • Froomle recommendations had a larger diversity in terms of sections compared to hand-picked selection
  • Froomle recommendations showed 2x more different articles than editors selection, proving that personalization had a larger coverage of the homepage content-catalogue
