The Implementation Services cover the onboarding of the Customer. Froomle provides the following onboarding services:
1. Project management by means of a maximum of 6 touchpoints (video conference):
i. One (1) introductory call;
ii. One (1) kick-off call;
iii. Two (2) calls for preparation of implementation;
iv. Two (2) evaluation calls.
2. Definition of integration approach and documentation of API contracts:
i. Set up of the Hosted Services and the required endpoints (API or other) for the Customer;
ii. This includes the required database, auto-scaling infrastructure, environment(s), API(s), monitoring capabilities, performance dashboard and recommendation portal;
iii. Quality assurance of the Hosted Services and endpoints.
3. The following services are provided per Personalization Module:
i. Module scope, KPI definition & specification;
ii. Module configuration & integration;
iii. Quality assurance, recommendation quality check (cfr. Acceptance Testing);
iv. Extension of documentation & dashboard with the new Personalization Module.
Onboarding services outside the scope of the above-mentioned list will be charged additionally using the Consulting Services fees.
Due dates for the following milestones will be agreed upon at the kick-off. Both Parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to achieve the envisaged due dates.
End-to-end testing of the Customer’s website (or other online channel) is out of scope of standard acceptance testing and shall be considered as a Consulting Service.
