Hosting Cost Index

The Hosting Fee will be subject to following Google Cloud Platform prices evolution using the mechanism of the Hosting Cost Index (“Index”):

Hosting Fee = Base Hosting Fee * Hosting Cost Index / Base Index

Definition

Hosting Cost Index = sum_over_SKU Basket (SKU Normalized Usage * SKU List Price)

In which

> The SKU Basket includes a selection of 20 Google Cloud SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) that represent Froomle’s use of the Google Cloud Platform. The SKUs are listed in the Base Index.
> The SKU Normalized Usage represents Froomle’s relative consumption of the SKUs in the basket;
> The SKU List Price of every Google Cloud Platform SKU can be consulted on https://cloud.google.com/pricing/list.

The Base Index equals 1485.

Index Evolution

Every time Google Cloud Platform introduces a list price change, the Hosting Cost Index will be recalculated with the updated Google Cloud Platform list prices. 1485.
